I think I'm going to try to run the game without My wedding stories. I started a completely new game and sped proposed a new couple. I even deleted the game and re-installed it and put the save file back in. I'm pretty sure it's the save file it self. The issue still stuck around even with vanilla game and cache cleared. Taking out my mods was the first thing I did since 99% of my errors are mod related, but not this one apparently. I've already fully updated and repaired the game and packs.
